On January 1, 2008, the offices of DeHay & Elliston opened in Los Angeles and the San Francisco bay area. The new offices will initially focus on toxic tort defense, commercial litigation, personal injury, premises liability, and product liability cases. Partner Jennifer Judin has opened the Los Angeles office, while partner Tom Burch leads the Bay Area office.
