Jennifer Judin joined DeHay & Elliston, L.L.P. in September 2002 and is an Equity Partner with the firm. Ms. Judin concentrates her law practice in the areas of mass tort litigation, personal injury, product liability, and labor and employment matters. She has first chaired many asbestos-related personal injury trials in Texas, California, Massachusetts, Oregon, and Washington, primarily undisputed mesothelioma cases.
Ms. Judin received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Baylor University in 1977. She attended Baylor University Law School, where she received her Juris Doctorate in 1982. Ms. Judin has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 1982 and the State Bar of California since 2008. She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for Texas. Ms. Judin is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and a member of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute.
