Mr. Marosz joined DeHay & Elliston, L.L.P. in 1997 and has been a partner since January 2005.
Mr. Marosz’s litigation practice involves personal injury cases with a primary focus on mass toxic tort litigation. He has defended product and respiratory protection manufacturers as well as premises owners in lawsuits alleging injury and diseases from asbestos and silica exposures. Mr. Marosz has successfully represented large corporations, including Fortune 100 companies, in cases involving multi-million dollar claims. He has experience involving trials, hearings, motions, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
Mr. Marosz’s practice also includes estate planning and probate. In addition to his practice, he has handled cases with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program involving estate planning and guardianship issues. As of note, during law school Mr. Marosz was responsible for various types of cases, including estate planning, through the school’s Sixty Plus Elder Law Clinic. He also served as the student President for the clinic.
Mr. Marosz graduated from the University of Dayton with a business degree in accounting and communication. He received his law degree from the Western Michigan University, Cooley Law School.
